FIELD
DIRECTIONS
Santa
Barbara is located on the Pacific Coast, approximately 90 miles north
of Los Angeles and 300 miles south of San Francisco, California.
See below for specific direction to each field venue.

Headquarters and majority of fields will be located at Storke Field on the University of California
at
Santa Barbara campus, with additional venues located below.

UCSB
fields: See map link below for field layout. To get to UCSB,
take the 101 Los Carneros offramp, then turn away from the mountains.
You will now be traveling south toward UCSB and the ocean. You will
cross Hollister Ave, a main artery, then continue past the airport runway
on your left to the Mesa Rd stop light, where you will make a Left toward
the stadium.
Continue through the wetlands on Mesa Rd to the stop sign, then make a
Right onto Stadium Rd. Driving past the stadium, you will quickly
reach the parking near tournament headquarters and the stadium entrance.

From the South - Take U.S. Highway 101 to the State
Street / Lake Cachuma exit. At light continue straight onto Calle
Real Road. At next light turn right onto San Marcos Pass Hwy 154
to Lake Cachuma. Take first exit and turn right onto Foothill Road.
School entrance is approximately 1/4 mile on right side.
From the North - Take U.S. Highway 101 to the State
Street / San Marcos Pass Hwy 154 exit. Turn left onto State Street.
Turn left at next light onto San San Marcos Pass Hwy 154. Take first
exit and turn right onto Foothill Road. School entrance is approximately
1/4 mile on right side.

Girsh Park, located at 7050 Phelps
Rd. in Goleta, just off the freeway behind the Camino Real Shopping
Center and not far from the UCSB Storke fields. See map

From the North,
take U.S. Highway 101 to the Storke-Glen Annie off-ramp (coming
from N, it's after Winchester Cyn; coming from the South, it's after
Los Carneros). Turn away from the mountains and drive south toward the ocean.
At he bottom of the offramp you'll be at the big Hollister & Storke stop
light where you'll see the entrance to the Camino Real Shopping Center
across the street. Continue on Storke
toward beach for a couple of short blocks. Either turn right on
Santa Felicita where you'll come to parking on your left, or turn right
on the next block, Phelps Rd, where you'll see the fields and parking on
your right.

night Check-In at La Colina JHS

UCSB Parking for our Summer Cup Tournament is
$2.00 per vehicle for an all-day pass for those assigned to
play on fields there. Parking passes may be
obtained at Friday tournament check-in or at designated parking lots
at UCSB. For those playing at the Jr. Highs, there is plenty of
free parking in school lots or on the street adjacent to the fields.
RV's please note...the
only approved RV parking is at the far west end of the parking lot next
to the main fields (1-5) on Storke Field. In addition, no over-night
RV parking is allowed.

Unfortunately, Parking Lot 38 (adjacent to Storke Field) will
be closed for repaving during both weekends of the Summer Cup 2004. Parking
attendants will be directing traffic to Lot 30 and the Mesa Parking
Structure (across from the UCSB Recreation Center). It is
about a 10 minute walk from the Mesa Structure to Storke Field. A
designated player drop off area will be set up at Lot 30. PLEASE
ALLOW A FEW EXTRA MINUTES TO ACCOMMODATE PLAYER DROP OFF AND WALKING
TO THE FIELD.
