1. Print out and fill in the Application and the Roster

(the roster at this point is just to show ages are right for the bracket.  The fully-correct and final one you will bring to check-in. For application purposes, if you already have a mostly-correct roster with ages listed, just send that along with the app instead of filling out our form.)

2. Send a check or money order (made out to FCSB) with the Application and the preliminary Roster, to:

3. Teams traveling from outside CYSA-South will need to comply with their sponsoring organizations' travel rules.  CYSA-North teams will need to apply early (1-2 months) to get travel papers from CYSA-N.  U.S. Club-registered teams do not need travel papers (which is why many teams that travel to CYSA-S tournaments such as ours are dual-registered with CYSA-N and U.S. Club, playing league and CYSA-N tournaments with CYSA-N cards/releases, and traveling to non-CYSA-N tournaments using their U.S. Club cards/releases.  (Be aware that a player cannot be checked in with, say, a CYSA-N card and a U.S. Club med release or vice versa.)

Applicants wishing to view or needing to print the USYSA Permission to Host a Tournament should click here.  Teams from outside the CYSA-South area that are registered with another USYSA organization such as CYSA-North that requires travel papers will need to submit this form to their own sanctioning authorities in order to receive the travel papers.  Please do not delay sending the paperwork to your authorities, as it commonly takes as long as 2 months for that paperwork to be processed and returned.
