Referees One of the key ingredients to any successful tournament comes from the people who officiate. The FCSB Summer Cup is working hard to provide the best USSF referees possible. In addition to paying the going game rate, we will also provide free to the referees lunches, drinks, shade during breaks, and housing to those traveling over a certain distance. In addition, we will have a standby crew of referees to be available in the event others do not show up or have to leave. These standby referees will be paid for a minimum of three games whether they actually ref or not.
