picture cards, medical releases, and a final roster to Check-in! Be

Clarifications:
1.
Medical releases must have an
original signature; no
photocopies
2. The player card and medical release form must be of
the same playing year. You cannot use a 2004-2005 player card with
a 2005-2006 medical release form.

accepted before reserving hotel rooms. It is harder to get
rooms than to get accepted unless you're applying at the last moment
